Pricing & Value
Session fees vary widely. Some photographers charge a low upfront fee and then sell images separately at a surprise gallery reveal. Always ask before booking exactly what that fee gets you.
Flawlessly Candid sessions start at $175. That covers Sara's time and expertise for the session. After your session, you'll meet with Sara in person to review your images and choose what you'd like to take home.
A photographer who hides pricing until you reach out is making you work for information you deserve upfront. Your time matters.
The $175 session fee is listed openly. Full investment details, including product and print options, are shared during your free consultation, not before. That way I can walk you through everything and there are zero surprises.
A signed agreement protects you both. If something goes wrong, you need something in writing. Photographers without contracts leave you with zero recourse.
Every Flawlessly Candid booking uses a DocuSeal contract. Your date and your investment are protected from the moment you book.
Legitimacy & Professionalism

Quality & Your Images
Every photographer looks amazing in their top ten shots. Ask to see a complete gallery from a similar session. That reveals how consistent the editing really is and what you'll actually receive.
Some photographers send a digital gallery and leave you to figure out printing on your own. Consumer print labs often produce washed-out results that don't match your edited images.
After your Flawlessly Candid session, you'll meet with Sara in person to view your images and choose what you'd like to purchase. It's a personal experience, not a download link. Prints are ordered through WHCC, one of the most respected professional labs in the industry.
Specialty Sessions
In a small community, this matters more than anywhere. Ask about model releases, how your gallery is secured, and whether your images could ever be shared without your explicit written consent.

Reliability
Ask about backup equipment, weather rescheduling policies, and what happens if your photographer gets sick. A legit business has clear, confident answers. If they hesitate, that tells you something.
Photographers who manage everything through Facebook DMs and informal texts leave a lot of room for miscommunication. Look for a formal booking process with calendar confirmations and signed agreements.
